Under normal circumstances orders received 08:00 AM MST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 08:00AM MST will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Depending on which shipping method is chosen an order can arrive in as little as one day or as long as 7 days. (Ground delivery orders usually arrive within 3-7 days)
Once the order is shipped an e-mail notification will provide you with a tracking number, which will allow you to check on the shipping status of your order.
If you want to check on your information after making a purchase, just sign in (log in). Once you log in, you can view your order status. Tracking information is available 24 hours after shipping.
Please note: all Canadian and International shipments are subject to brokerage fees and taxes.
Note: Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you upon shipment from Zilla's shipping location. However, it is Zilla's policy to replace product lost or damaged in transit at no cost to the customer.
