Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund or merchandise credit, within 30 days of the original purchase. All returns or order cancellations subject to 25% restocking fee.

All products must be in unused, as new condition. Zilla will not accept orders without the original receipt/packing slip. Orders past 30-day deadline will not be accepted.

Please use the following return process:

1. Please contact Zilla's distributor DirtFiend Racing at 1-888-777-8068 to request a Return Authorization (RA). The RA request must be made within 30 days of the original order in accordance with Zilla's return policy (noted above).

2. Once an RA number has been issued. The Customer Care team member will also provide you with information on how to return the product to Zilla.

3. In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned to the Zilla's warehouse within 14 business days of the issuance of the RA.

NOTE: Zilla Grip Tape recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Zilla or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

Defective items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect. Please refer to the return policy above. Zilla will exchange all defective merchandise by one to one replacement.

Procedure: After receiving your RA number ship merchandise back to Zilla, with a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise. Upon arrival, Zilla will verify the defect. If defective, Zilla will exchange the item free of charge. Zilla will pay all shipping and any other charges.
